$825,000 Settlement - Motor Vehicle Accident - 75-year old man fractured pelvis in car accident
John Houlihan of RisCassi & Davis achieved a settlement of $825,000 on behalf of a 75-year old man who suffered a fractured pelvis when rear ended in a car accident. He had previously been implanted with a total hip replacement system, which was caused to be revised. Several complications ensued. The case settled on the eve of trial in Janurary 2013.
